How do I return an item?
RETURNS
We want you to feel confident and comfortable with your purchase from us, and to make any returns as easy as possible. Please include your invoice or order number on all returns. Insure your package and return it prepaid to:

Equipment and supplies that are sold sterile as well as all medications are not returnable due to liability reasons. We regret that we cannot refund shipping charges on returned merchandise.
If items were damaged during shipping:
We'll be happy to ensure that you receive non-damaged merchandise. Please fill out and mail us a Product Return Form and we'll mail you a pre-paid shipping label to return the damaged merchandise.
Please note that we do not issue refunds for returns unless damaged during shipping.
