SHIPPING
We are pleased to offer FREE SHIPPING for all orders of $99 (USD) or more!*

Our major carrier is the United States Postal Service (USPS), however we do also offer UPS Ground. At this time we do not ship via FedEx or DHL. Shipping of heavy items such as multiple first aid kits will receive an extra shipping charge added to the standard shipping. The extra shipping charge for these items will be explained in the item's description.

The CWS Gear Shop does now ships outside of the US!
International orders may take up to a week or more to arrive. Tracking numbers are available for all international orders.

*Free shipping is available on all orders of $99 or more, shipping within the lower 48 United States (excludes Alaska + Hawaii), and is available for all orders that do not exceed $1000 or 20 lbs shipping weight.
Orders placed that total more than $1000 or that weigh more than 20 lbs are NOT eligible for free shipping. Sorry, No Exceptions.



RETURNS
We want you to feel confident and comfortable with your purchase from us, and to make any returns as easy as possible.
We accept returns within 10 days of order fulfillment, and are unable to accept any returns for refund after that 10 day period.
Please include your invoice or order number on all returns. Insure your package and return it to:

If you find a product purchased from us unsatisfactory, return it to us within 10 days of fulfillment with your receipt and a note letting us know the problem. We will refund the price of the item. Publications must be returned in perfect, like-new condition to be eligible for a refund. Taxes and shipping are *not* refundable.

Equipment and supplies that are sold sterile as well as all medications are NOT returnable due to liability reasons.
We regret that we cannot refund shipping charges or tax on any returned merchandise. Unfortunately, Gift Vouchers (gift certificates) are NOT refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or store credit.


DAMAGED ITEMS
It rarely happens, but if it does, we'll be happy to ensure that you receive non-damaged merchandise. Please fill out and mail us a Product Return Form and we'll email you a pre-paid shipping label to return the damaged merchandise.
Please note that we do not issue refunds for returns unless damaged during shipping.


CANCELLED ORDERS
Please note that any returned items (except if noted) as well as any cancelled orders will be charged a $35 restocking fee, regardless of order size. Refunds will be issued in full minus this fee for all orders.
